The recipients of this issue▓s bouquet are Val & Ken Erwin of Kilburn. They were nominated by Barbara Archer also from Kilburn. Here▓s what Barbara had to say:

⌠I would like to nominate Val and Ken Erwin to receive a bouquet of flowers. Ken had a stroke in 2005 and has made every effort to lead as normal a life as possible whilst living with his disability of having no feeling down his left side and minimal sight.

Val now has to do all the driving along with helping Ken in everyday tasks but they manage to keep cheerful and get on with their lives.

They both deserve a treat and the flowers would fit the bill perfectly.■
