The recipient of this issue’s bouquet is Pat Whetton, a teaching assistant at Kilburn Junior School. She was nominated by Nicola Wainwright from Kilburn. Here’s the nomination:
"I would like to nominate Mrs Pat Whetton, teaching assistant at Kilburn Junior School. This lovely lady goes above and beyond her role. She has served many years at the school and the children love her. Pat has helped my daughter, Sian (10) through a very difficult time – her Grandma’s long illness and was a great support when she passed away. Pat would ask daily about Sian’s ‘mama’s’ well-being and would often send love, flowers, cards and come to the school gate to talk to my mum (Sian’s mama) in person. Mrs Whetton is a very special person who deserves a bouquet – please could you surprise her at school. Many thanks." Mrs Nicola Wainwright
